Very good Service from all staff of hotel as well as good room service also. Very decent continental Breakfast too. Very good ambience in room as well as hotel. As communicating with staff as well as managers all are very friendly. Everyone Must visit the place...☺️

Fastastic stay in my favourite stay point. My home away from home - IBIS Hounslow. The location, surroundings are fabulous. The fantastic management and staff especially GM Maria and receptionists Ramona, Sylvia and House Keeping team made the stay a sweet memorable one. Easily connected by London tube station Hounslow Central and a number of bus routes - 235,237,H32,81,E8,203,222 made this hotel unparalleled in the area. The highstreet and neighborhood is a big market place with all branded shops as well as different restaurants - English, Italian, Romanian, Chinese, Indian, Pakistani dishes. I can't think about any other place when planning to stay in West London area. Definitely will comeback ♥️

very nice staff. noor and edith checked me in and they guided us how to take transportation and to london as well. the area was nice and the room was clean too. it was nice staying here. i’ll definitely come back here. i recommend this place if you wanna hang around as there are lot of shopping sites

I have travelled the world staying in anything and everything from luxury to budget hotels. This was awful. Positives, good location near Hounslow Central tube with shops and restaurants and a supermarket on your doorstep. WIFI worked well. Comfortable bed and that is it. Room was dirty nor was it cleaned properly each day I was there. Sink did not drain properly which caused the room to smell. One socket in the room? Seriously?! Breakfast was average for a Continental buffet but pricey (you need to pay to have this). Some staff were pleasant but others were more concerned on just having positive feedback or their names mentioned in reviews! It was almost like it was a competition amongst them. They refused to keep my baggage initially after checking out. In all my years travelling, this was the first time I was told this. When I protested, they wanted to charge me which was a joke. I protested again and they agreed to keep it with no charge. With a late night flight, was I meant to walk around London with a huge bag the whole day? When I came to collect it, there were loads of other bags they had kept so why did I have an issue? Don't bother.

The staff are super nice and friendly!!! the room is clean and tidy with accessible facilities such as microwave and coffee machine!!! and the price is reasonable as well!!! super recommended!! We've enjoyed some good nights hereeeeeeee!
